So what's the plan?
1. Join the Network
First complete the online membership form! There you tell us about yourself and the kind of person you'd like to meet. You also ask your pastor to complete a recommendation form.

After that, we’ll meet with you for coffee. This helps us understand your values, goals, and testimony. We want to help you find someone good!
2. Pray and Work
Our network manager looks and prays through people in the Network, to find someone who's the right age, with a complementary personality, a similar theology, and even a compatible appearance.

Then we tell you about each other and show pictures. No one is obligated to meet, but we certainly hope you will!

If you're both interested, we give the guy her contact info. Go for it!
3. Go on a Date or Five
The guy contacts the girl, and they meet in a public place and get to know each other. Good things are about to happen!​​

After each date, we talk with you and see how it went. We hope this is "the one" for you, but if not, we'll try again.

We encourage couples to go on several dates to fairly consider a relationship--there are legendary stories of couples who weren’t interested at first but ended up blissfully married!

How much does it cost?
There are NO fees to join. This is our gift to faithful evangelical Christians who want to serve God now and in their homes in the future.
Who Can Join?
A member must be
(1) unmarried
(2) evangelical Christian adhering to our Statements of Faith, Marriage, and Sexuality
(3) over 22 years old
(4) recommended by his or her pastor.
What's the Network's Statement of Faith?

Is the Network private?
Yes! The 2:18 Network does NOT publish members' names, details, or photos on our website. When we believe someone would be worth you getting to know, we contact you privately.
Where is the Network located?
We're located in North Alabama but serve members in other areas too.
Does joining the Network mean I don't trust God?
Not at all! God's Word is filled with people who trusted God and acted: Joshua, Deborah, Ruth, Nehemiah, Paul, and more. The Bible is clear that faith not supported by Godly works is dead. God expects us to trust Him and act.
Has this ever been done before?
Definitely. Around the world, before dating apps and algorithms, communities helped couples connect. In the Bible we see God guided Eliezer to find a wife for Isaac. God’s people have long understood the importance of marriage as part of joyful living. Families and communities worked together to find spouses, while balancing faith, practicality, and love as they guided the young.

In recent years, the social landscape has shifted dramatically. Marriage isn't seen as important, and Christian singles find it challenging to find a compatible spouse. Social circles are limited, and common meeting places like bars and clubs can be problematic for committed Christians. Dating apps are popular, but superficial “swipes” often lead to someone with superficial motives.

The 2:18 Network gives people the opportunity to meet other committed Christians who would like to be married. This service is more than random pairing people together—it’s rooted in faith and confidence that the Lord desires great marriages and happy homes!
Getting married isn’t just something that’s ‘nice if it happens.’ Marriage is what most of us are called to pursue. I’m not advocating getting married at all costs. But marrying well, for God’s glory, is a worthy pursuit.
